Return & Refund Policy

Due to sanitary purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items. However, if there is breakage due to a flaw in design or from transit we will replace it for you if its within 2 weeks of your purchase date. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can correct the issue.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on change of mind and will offer a exchange or refund on a case by case basis for any products presenting any major manufacturing problems. 

Zephyr Imaginings does not accept responsibility for exchange or refund on items broken or damaged during use.

Please adhere to the earrings care information on how to care for your items to ensure breaks are limited. 

 

Final Sale: All items are final sale after 2 weeks of receiving your item. We are not responsible for damaged items from misuse.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
